MANUFACTURING

Our state-of-the-art plant has been producing Andisil's specialty silicone raw materials 2008.

THE FACILITY

There is currently 15,000 square feet solely dedicated to the production of our Andisil product line at our ISO 9001:2008 certified facility. There is now an additional 15,000 square feet of storage in our newly completed warehouse.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

Our R&D team and quality control laboratory is also housed at this location. They work side by side with our manufacturing team to ensure top quality products and provide technical expertise.

LARGE QUANTITY CAPABILITY

We have the ability to manufacture on a bulk scale; our Andifoam DF Defoamers, Antifoams and Andisil EM Emulsions are some of the product lines that are ordered in sizeable quantities.

RTV PRODUCTS

Andisil VS Vinyl Polymers, XL Crosslinkers & CE Chain Extenders are some of the Andisil products included in our RTV raw material offerings that are manufactured here.

SPECIALTY EQUIPMENT

Our POPE Distillation unit gives us the ability to manufacture highly specialized products with very low volatility, a property found in many of our methyl phenyl fluids & polymers.

EXPANSION

Additional storage space is needed due to the increasing demand for Andisil products.
